Visually a beautiful straw-yellow denotes its youth, but at the same time its structural density while the nose of tropical fruit and pear are immediately recognizable. White flowers, especially hawthorn, tropical fruit and hazelnut complement the aromatic spectrum of the wine. In the mouth the soft and elegant sensations are carried by broad and deep fruit, supported by an excellent acidity and a finish that is fresh and long.
The ideal pairing with this wine is fish: from mixed warm appetizers, typical of the Adriatic, to baked fish in general, fish pastas and legumes. Also excellent with soups, vegetable flans and light appetizers.
